Forget about Grandfathers paradox of time travel. It's because if that boy is already born in present time that's only because of his father's boy, n boys parents are born from boy's grandparents. Why we cannot time travel in past because then we will go on alternate realities but past time travel is possible because of Quantum mechanics principle of uncertainty. We know the position of present time but we cannot predict aur momentum of past time incidents because it behave like momentum of past so it's not need what the momentum of our initial condition because the position if fixed and no other timelines will create
