They can’t ever truly create something special because not only do they make it year round, they continue to release it for the older generation consoles and we know their development hasn’t changed. Get some NFL sickos that actually care about the game of football, the wild nature of the NFL season & playoffs; presentation; multiple commentating teams, etc. until they do that; the game will be bland as it has been. They literally have a “new” tackling mechanism every single year. WE ARE DONE WITH MADDEN UNTIL THEY DO SOMETHING UNPRECEDENTED or…simply get some competition & the NFL stops being disgustingly greedy with their brand (hopefully that comes in 2025) & if an when it does; watch how incredible Madden becomes. They’re literally taking features from college and still won’t perfect them but will show them as if they’re the ones who created them. Y’all will spend millions on this game. What I'm wondering is...people say gameplay in Madden and CFB is similar, but that you can tell the difference-is that in a positive sense, a negative sense, or that it's just different in a neutral sense...(I'm considering getting Madden 25 after only purchasing Madden 23 and 20 in recent years.)
When Ncaa was a yearly release it always played different than Madden. It was more fun, more realistic, it had smoother and better gameplay.. the atmosphere felt like a Saturday college football game day. Presentation was better. I haven't played 25 but I'm sure with everything I've heard, seen, and read that it'll be better than madden

The problem with madden is there servers..I have 100 squad losses due to madden server kicks/disconnects. They won't fix it. They want you to spend more and they want to steal your trophy packs from you. I've had nights where I have won every game and lost 6 times and demoted twice without even actually losing a game. They keep changing features but they won't fix gameplay issues. People need to stop spending until they fix it or start a class action lawsuit for their criminal approach to running a broken game all the time

They need to fix the presentation, the pocket, the downfield blocking, the ball trajectory, Last year a new features for madden was catching on the run catches without stopping or losing speed. The player stumble recovery system seems like it will help fix the problem of me being stopped on the 1 yard line on a big play is that something you noticed during gameplay? Did you score more big play touchdowns?

Does the weight and stuff apply to cit as well with bigger receivers and smaller DBs? Bc if so I been waiting a long time for that. Ain’t no way a mf like Sauce Gardener (190 lbs) runs into Mark Andrews (247 lbs) in the air and the hit jars the ball out that has happened to me embarrassingly too many times to keep count on. Physically it just doesn’t make sense.

Got my code for the beta today. We'll it's a few hit and misses. They updated the play calling look so it's all zoomed in. I really hate that. The user feels slow. I played on all pro and well I didn't complete a pass in 1st quarter was 21-0 and I was facing the giants. The player look and brand new scoreboard are amazing. Gameplay felt a little better but the Defense is way to op right now and the Wrs feel slow. I do enjoy the tackling.

Truthfully, the fact that Madden is unable to deliver “pants above the knees” is a dealbreaker for me. I’m looking forward to CFB 25 mainly for this reason.
Will it be compatible with a steam deck I’m still playing M/23 and wasn’t able to get MADDEN 24 because of the wine- anti cheat code and it’s beyond me why did the devs remove the juck stick at least it should have been added to certain players like Johnathan Taylor and nick chuck and breece hall
The reloaded hit stick sucks... Even well timed hit stick plays seems less impactful. Running is not realistic. Need to find somewhere in the middle of Madden 24 and Madden 25 for running/movement.

It sounded promising last year as well though so I bought it... 24 was the first madden I bought since 17, I think and It had some improvments but was still a hige disappointment. I'm getting CF25 for sure probably done with madden now.. Considering the fact that All Pro 2k8 came out 17 years ago and does EVERY SINGLE THING better than Madden besides the graphics and has things in the game that madden stoll does not. I'd be embarrassed if I was EA putting that out and calling it a Sim. I'm hopeful that in maybe a year Maximum football will be fully released and compete with madden. It's fun and looks good, and the customization is crazy good and has so much gameplay is ok. It's great for a beta. It will only improve so I hope it is good enough to make EA try with Madden.
