I got chills thinking back to 1.1 when he used to order the Fatui around, now it's 3.3 and the Fatui think they can order him around but they have no idea who they're messing with
it's so cool to see how it comes back full circle!! honestly can't wait to see this side of him!

I'm pretty sure that they didn't know him because he erases the memories of him from Irminsul. This would explain why they wouldn't recognize the 6th Fatui Harbinger. This probably takes place after he does this.
Aside from Xiao, Wanderer's use of Anemo is the most aggresive that I've seem so far. And is a good representation of his personality, he is like storm, fast and deadly.
However, it seems that he has mellowed out a bit, he didn't kill the Fatui nor the finch but aside cas them aside.

I’m soooo excited for him! Also, was I the only one who noticed that his eyes glow during his ultimate? They glow the color of an anemo vision, wish I think is cool.
I know there's a lot of lore discussion about how exactly visions are obtained and who grants them but as far as I know nothing has been canonized.. a part of me is holding out hope that nahida will personally give him his vision; it'd be such a huge show of trust and I know it would be so significant to him and to his growth. I just wanna see her showing him the familial love he's never received 😭 I've been a scara hater for a long time and I still don't necessarily like him, but I can absolutely say there aren't many story quests I've been THIS excited for. I just know this is going to be absolutely huge.
that would honestly be really beautiful ; - ; I'd love to see Nahida more involved in the plot as well she's such a fantastic character!

that visions seem to created out of thin air when Rana received her vision right in front of the traveler
@@Foranoda I mean, yeah, but one could still argue there is a higher power (celestia) choosing the person to receive a vision and the type they'll get, but not personally handing it to them. either way, it looks like what I was hoping for wasn't going to happen anyway sadly

The bird reminds me of the one in Raiden's and Miko's animations and the stormy sky makes it seem like Raiden is watching him.

All those doodled distortions, especially scratched eyes reminds me of jinx from league of legends.... To potrait the madness the turmoil inside the character it's really effective
Did the Fatui not recognize Scaramouche because after the trip to Irminsul in the future Interlude quest, when he said “From now on, the Balladeer and Kabukimono will cease to exist”, maybe those who knew him by those two names will forget. Kind of the same way Rukkahdevata was wiped?
AhHHHhHHH we need irminsul regulations so wipes can't just happen willy nilly 😭but you're onto something with this!
I assume they're either not from Scara's faction back when he's a Harbinger or there is definitely some memory wipe happening.

Can we talk for a minute though about how those Fatui grunts had no idea who he was? Rather he's a master of disguise when he's not wearing purple or those who think he's going to erase his previous personas from Irminsul are right. I'm not sure which but it'll be interesting. I'm not sure how I'd feel if no one knew who he was anymore.
I got a garunteed and I'm hoping beyond hope that I get him early.

I’m a little disappointed because it seems like everyone is going to forget him due to Irminsul meaning we won’t have any really interesting interactions with Ei or Kazuha because they’ll probably forget him.
Although I could be wrong, but besides from the possibility of missed interactions, I am very interested in Scara’s story.
no, he has a voice line saying that he looks forward to the people who he's done wrong coming after him for revenge. they probably just didn't recognize him

I am curious as to why those fatui did not recognize him as a harbinger, and not to mention try to intimidate him as well. Fatui were very afraid of him like back in 1.1. That has got to be a deliberate detail there that they didnt recognize him.
Perhaps scaramouche as a harbinger has been erased like greater lord ruka? Maybe his story quest will provide an explanation.
