I confirm you don’t need missable chests from the Vespertine to get the achievement. I missed the chest on the left part of the boat and still unlocked the achievement (Xbox SX). Thank you for this amazing guide !

At 30:13 I already found this place and a chest without the building destroyed! I went inside (2nd floor!) push the box down right and up! Then run around a wall and under the bridge where is hidden! so I found it already!

In the original world the parrot only points out the set of wheels that I haven't won the championship yet but doesn't say anything about the last chest

At certain point in the story you will be granted a relic named something like "detector parrot", and with it enabled you can click on some island in the map and it will tell you if there's something missing there, what it is and even in which area it is located

the bird says all clear in all of the place. but the trophy did not pop up. maybe i miss chest in the vespertine. how can i go back to vespertine?
Sadly I don't think you can go back to that version of the Vespertine. Have you checked the tiny little island to the northwest in the normal world (Sunken Ruins)?
Dude i had the samee problem, but after end game and bring back Garl to life, we can acess The island on South, and open a new dungeon, tais dungeon is locate at lake named ???, inside as The Last chest.

The game only let us know where are missed treasures but not specific of numbers and exact position so we have to watch the whole video from RUclipsrs
