I'm sure you already know this.... but just down the road from this building located on Arsenal st and 59th st was the St. Louis Clinical Hospital (basically the poor house for the insane). Only one building is left and that was the original men's ward.... Now GCI Security, Inc. (1 Campbell Plaza #1a, St. Louis, MO 63139) is in the building.
