Yezdi is sportier .
Both are good bikes, but HD scores in comfort .

110kmph-130kmph is good on both in 6th gear cruise , least stress on engine.
But this cruise speed is unsafe on single lane highways for both .

The Speed 400 has a lot of vibrations at the top end so you can't cruise at the top gear at top speed. The engine feels stressed at higher speeds.
