The Capcom Case is indeed a thing of beauty. Well worth the investment. Absolute class which is a fair assessment for your entire room - which is a gaming treasure trove. Great stuff!
Psikyo make my fave shmups. Gaelco are Spanish. They made quite a lot of games but the only one I ever saw in an arcade was Tokyo Cop, which was a pretty fun game in the vein of Chase HQ 2.
ah thanks, I should off read the flyer properly, looks like they were based in Barcelona, dont think I saw any of their games in arcades back in day, very cool that this PCB ended up in Japan, fingers crossed it can be brought back to life ! cheers for watching

Wow that CPS looks a beauty Nick! What a beast. That’s a shame about Alligator Hunt; hope you get it working. It’s a cracking game. Glass by Gaelco is excellent too. The soundtracks sound like they’re recorded in someone’s front room but they somehow make the games even better!!

I always struggle with talking and playing nick buddy 🤣 love the look of samurai aces, don't think I've ever played it but your right you can defo see gunbird there, love the psykio games. That capcom box and the artwork you got is fantastic bud 😄👍
Cool video and nice picks, as always a nice selection of cool and interesting games. New Zealand Story is a favourite of mine as well. There are a few different rom sets for this game, with significant gameplay and level lay out differences. I have two boards and they are on different hardware, one being a single layer and the other double layer board. That CPS2 Darksoft multi custom case looks awesome. I think I'd be getting majorly annoyed with the slasher guy in customs though. Nice mvs pick up, I'm going for a full set and that's one I need. I think I need less than twenty games now, but I've slowed down a lot recently. I think Irritating Maze is the one I'm going to struggle getting hold of.

Yeah he has done a bit of damage of the years, especially on games in DVD cases! Nice, you are on the same journey as me, I am not really going for the Majong or quiz games, so I just need three if you include Irritating maze, I thought it had a custom panel to play it, I guess if its playable it should be on my list too ! Loving all the Japanese artwork. I just think the whole Dan thing is too funny, it’s a meme unto itself lol. I like how underpowered he is. How could you remove Salamander 2 lol. No worries we’ve all moved on from it. I’m trying my best to get better at Batsugun now. It’s soooo tough though that I’ve moved on to playing the Saturn exclusive version on the Saturn port. You can’t go wrong with Psikyo shooters can you. Well up there with all the other big shooter producers. I can’t say I’ve played Aces too much, played a lot of Sengoku Blade though on the Saturn. Great stuff Nick.
Hahah poor Dan, Capcom taking a swipe at SNK ! Dont worry its only temporary, the Salamander ROM set is going back on the motherboard in your honour 🤣🤣🤣🤣 While its not their best, Aces is a belter and looks gorgeous for an early one. Cheers Dylan!
Have to say that Capcom CPS case looks superb Nick, love it being in Capcom colours I guess you will be looking out for the Dynamite Deka game now for that kit you mistakingly bought...lol, great game though Samurai Aces looks very much like Aero Fighters and Gunbird, didn't realize the psp one was an exclusive, wish I had bought it from Eddie now when I could have done More awesome stuff here mate All the best 👍✌️
Thanks James, yeah they got those capcom colours spot on, they actually do them in the Japanese colour scheme of green and black too, tempted to get the CPS3 case in that colour ! Yeah I will be on on the look out for the ROM set for it, normally if its just the ROM without the motherboard you can get it much cheaper. Samurai aces is fantastic, its on the PsiKyo shooting pack so easy to play on modern systems. Cheer mate !
Absolutely lovin the new case, I can now leave it out with any worried its gonna get damaged. The kit use to be fairly reasonably priced, mine came form paradise arcade, but I got it before the updated revision that uses the original uncrypted roms, so I need to do a firm update, which looks a bit tricky and I am reluctant to mess with it🤣
