Hi Abdur been watching this video just want to ask what if there are cars on both side or on one side..do we steer the wheel early ? the back or front of the car might hit the car on either side..Can we come out atleast halfway then steer?
You are simply superb and awesome instructor, every time when the car parking area gets busy we will always not get this 1m gap to park efficiently but your tips and tricks are simply awesome which helps in finishing the parking fast :) I am still wondering why the subscribers count is low for an instructor like this. Amazing! Another tip that works well if the front bay have cars in it and you have no space. Like in the video if you over lap on the reference line in the right side. Turn the wheel 30 minutes to go to the left side > move forward until your car is on the right place. Then to straighten your car instead of doing just 30 minutes to the right. You can full steer to the right and move forward slowly. Stop when your door handles is parallel with the parking lines. Then you can just straighten the wheel and reverse. This will just eat less space forward when straighten your car.
Ive been taking driving lessons for 3 months and spent a fortune and i am still not confident when it comes to correcting the bay parking. And my exam is on Monday...Your video was excellent and very clear. I feel i now understand the whole thing which should have been explained to me by my instructor but anyways. Thank you very much!

This is brilliant the reverse bay park was just what I was after. What about correcting the front end so I have reversed parked in a bay and everything looks straight until I get out and see the front end has a slight angle just a slight outwards look from the line.
When you are correcting a forward bay park because you are too far too the left. You turn 30 minutes right, and then you straighten the wheels by going back 30 minutes, is that correct? And then you turn 30 minutes left and then you Straighten by going back 30 minutes and driving Forward in to the bay. I’m just wondering why you go back 30 minutes after turning 30 minutes right, is it to straighten the wheels up?

I use to click the final picture to remember the scenario, however by looking at diagram I am not able to identify which is front and which is back of the car? Are you talking about the Bay Parking - to open the door to check if in or not. If you’re then yes, you can open the door to check but check over your shoulder to see if safe to open - then open. It’s all good, no minor.

You can check the side mirrors as the car goes in, and also yes you can open the door to check - just make sure you check if safe to open the door. So my advice check over your shoulder to check if safe then open the door.
