    My sauna broke down after only 10 uses (error code 1) I emailed them Arnel replied seemed freindly so I sent the short video they asked for but then ignored me for the past 3 days and i get the feeling they are trying to fob me off But I believe I'm still under warranty. I've had no solution and wasted about £500 also the instructions and machines materials are cheap and fragile from a Chinese warehouse. I feel gutted and will make sure the world knows what a bad outcome i had.

      I would continue to contact them and maybe try to speak to someone else. I talked to a couple of people after I sent the video but a week later a new unit was sent out to me. No issues now.

    hi. thanks for video. I have mixed feedback. I do appreciate the raw honesty, your research into topic... however you didn't really comment on the actual heat of the unit. you mention heat, that you get soaked but does this get to like 120f.
    thanks re tips on the white container, other reviews have said take the lid off the container to get more steam. thanks again

      Thank you for the feedback. I don’t think it gets to 120f, but I haven’t really tested it. I will do that and see. I will also take the lid off the white container to see if it produces more steam. Thanks again.

      I’ve this sauna, I’ve it set at level 8 and it reaches 48c and I’ve yet to test it at level 9. Use distilled water with it though.

    I wonder if you can mount a water proof fan in the to to circulate the accumulated heat at the top; basically turning it into a fan oven.

    …and I still can’t figure out how to use the damn machine properly.

    Any word on the nurecover infrared sauna thats available now?

      I did see that model but I opted for the regular one. I’ve seen good reviews though.

      I got the infrared one a few weeks ago. It’s brilliant if you get it just keep the battery pack for the light outside the tent itself

    Are you using distilled water with the sauna ??

    • @BlendedandBlessedFamily
      @BlendedandBlessedFamily  3 месяца назад

      I’ve heard this from others. I actually just had to get a replacement for the steamer itself because a use it looked like the plastic was falling apart inside the unit and steam was coming out of the top. They replaced the entire unit with no question but I’m wondering if it was the water causing that issue?

    • @Gunner11763
      @Gunner11763 3 месяца назад

      Yeah I got a distiller off Amazon as it kills off most of the crap in the water. I don’t fill it too high as the last time I done the same as you and the steam was coming out the top of it steamer itself. I asked them to what water to use and they said use distilled water is best

      @@Gunner11763 Distilled water for these is actually worse; it causes corrosion.

    This product is terrible, the steamer itself is very poorly made, the refund policy is also hot garbage, if you use it then you can refund it but how do you know how good the product will be if you don’t use it?

      I have to say that my experience has been pretty good. For a very low budget steam sauna, it works pretty well. I had issues with the steamer unit but they sent a replacement one right away after I showed them the problem. Great customer service and I’ve used the sauna dozens of times now.

    I just got mine. Horrible product. LED light strip was a complete scam. Battery operated which overheats and stops working. The ice bath valve is poorly designed and leaks. Customer service is horrible. Even though I have contacted customer service and pointed out the flaws and defects in my product, they refused to allow a return because it was "used". I would NOT recommend this company or product.

      LED light strip??? I don’t have that on mine? I also had a fantastic experience with customer service who replaced my entire water unit (after it was used multiple times), immediately. The bath valve works perfectly on mine and has never leaked?
      It sounds like you received something very different than mine, which is too bad because mine works well and the customer service was top notch. Sorry to hear that your experience was nothing like mine.

    My thoughts are that its very overpriced for what it is. Its incredibly cheap and janky. If the whole setup with ice bath was around $100 then i would say its a good deal but its incredibly cheap and poor quality conpared to the ones from Amazon. This unit will only last about 2-3 months before it burns out. The sauna will degrade and rip after about 10 uses. I would say don't waste your money on cheap Chinese garbage like this.

    • @Gunner11763
      @Gunner11763 3 месяца назад +1

      What exactly were you doing to it to make it rip?? I’ve used mine loads and have zero problems. You’re right about the price though. Wish I looked around online a bit longer as I’ve found cheaper ones that look the exact same

      I’ve had issues with the steamer but the tent itself is still in perfect condition. I’ve used it at least 50 times and no issues there.

      I’m happy with the unit for the price but I will definitely be upgrading at some point in the future. I didn’t realize how much I loved a good steam sauna session!
