You aren't going to believe this....
WE'RE BACK ON BERGEN PEAK with my friends Colin and Danny, and man are things about to get crazy...
If you haven't already seen part 1, make sure you go do that first, as to get the full scope of how epic this ride was you gotta first know the struggle that we all endured on the way up to the top.
Fast forward to today, and the setting is roughly 10K feet on top of Bergen Peak in Jefferson County, CO. A massive storm is rolling in and the aspens are rumbling as the wind tosses their yellow leaves through the air. Danny, Colin, and myself are DEAD tired from the climb and in desperate need of a break, but there is not time for that! We each cram our bar of choice down our throats and promptly GTFO THIS MOUNTAIN!!!
Now for the good stuff.... we know that the downhill is going to be pretty chunky and fast since I have ridden this once before, but you can never predict everything....
One wrong move, one rock in the perfectly wrong position on the trail..... and well..... HIT PLAY ALREADY!!
Hope everyone is having a great week - I just wrapped up my first ever Group Trip with Chasing Epic, and I can assure you there will be more as that was one of the best weekends of my life... to all the guys on it: Wade, Dirk, Todd, Craig, Ken, and Jamie - thank you for the memories I will never forget. I plan on doing a quick trip recap for everyone on Patreon when I get a moment, but as you can see I am pretty behind on editing at the moment.

Single Track Sampler. I am 57 years old and I am not able to ride as hard as you are and in the circumstances that you do but I absolutely love mountain biking. I think it's absolutely cool that you have decided to go on the road and make this a lifestyle for you. I'm sure many people judge but you're doing what you like and are doing this when you're young enough to be able to enjoy it. I get a lot of enjoyment from your channel! There may be another time in your life that you'll have to think about other considerations but it's great that you can enjoy this while you can.
But please be careful and don't get too wild you don't want to have it taken away from you for doing something stupid
Hey, I’m also 57. Indoor climbing is more my thing, but I enjoy these videos as well. Also, not a whole lot of MTB trails in my area.

Thanks for that Robert, I really appreciate it man! I believe that biking is for everyone, and regardless of age, skill, sex, etc. I want to encourage people to ride and I always think the start to that is welcoming them to ride with me!

I rode this after work a few years back. The light was fading quickly as I approached the top so I had to descend in approaching darkness (no lights, not planned). That was exciting and a bit crazy!

After seeing this video, I now ride with an extra saddle strapped to my top tube.
Driving that much can suck. I just got back from a trip to St. Louise and will be heading to TN at the end of the month. The MO trip had very little riding but the TN trip is all about riding!

Holy smokes. My brain can't grasp the amount of force it took to bend a seat like that with just your nuts and the strenght he had to still ride it off. My respect to that man. He should still get a radiography just to be safe.

So I work at a zoo and we just got in grizzly bears. The males name is Huck, and I started a trend to use Huck as a replacement to the F word. It cracks me up soooo much when you say it lol. Keep shreddin bro and stay stoked!!!

I feel for Colin. I once bruised my taint purple in a bike crash out of my ignorance to look behind me while down hill on a side walk and hit a fence. I had cuts, scrapes and was bleeding all over but didn't feel any of it fully for an other 15-20 minutes. All I could feel was my taint. So for the next 2 weeks it hurt to run and I had to put a neck pillow down where ever I wanted to sit on a hard seat. And all this happened to me in the 5th grade.
I really recommend Collin seeing a urologist after that.. Seriously.

Well, he did feel pain.. if it really was his balls who bent that seat, that entailed a lot of trauma.

Yo, just had a taint injury of my own. Took the point of my seat in the taint while doing a manual. Spent 24 hours in the hospital in a week laying in bed. He got lucky! That was sweet

Oh yea, i remember one of those saddles. However for me it was a way overcooked 1m table, overjumped 2 m high in the air, flat on a hardtail. Didn't crash, but my saddle wasn't having any of it.
