Thanks for the vid Casey. I just finished installing my Zeon 12S on my Gladiator. My son and I spent all afternoon working on this and we got it installed no problem. The main PITA moments were of course threading the rope through the damn hole, tightening the 8 bolts behind the bumper and remounting the skid plate underneath. A little tip is to use a floor lift to "push" the plate around so the screw holes are close. I didn't have to drill any other holes through my skid plate. One other issue was Warn decided to send me dinky- ass zip ties. LOL.
Excellent description and commentary about this install. I particularly appreciated your comments regarding the difference between the Mopar and Warn Bull Bars . . . I have been comparing these two for installation on my JLU Rubicon. My winch goes on Monday.
I can't get over how nice the Gladiators look. That bumper and LED package is on my option list along with the Aux switch panel as well. Most of the dealers in my area leave those items off the list from their dealer stock. I like the dark silver gray on your friends truck as well. I'll go with the black paint on the body, fenders and top when it's time to order mine. I also like the fine detail you go into when covering your installs and camping trips/travels Nice Work
Love the Channel and the look of the winch on the Gladiator. Perfect timing, I will be mounting my winch to my Rubi soon. I liked the look on that Bull-BAR so I'm going to order that Mopar Bull-Bar now.
My Diesel gladiator is coming next week. Perfect timing on this video. Do you have the link for the license relocation bracket, or did that come in the kit?

The video would have been better if you had shown you bolting up the bumper, the connections for power, and more. It seemed you just wanted to show your self and not much more.

I like the higher bull bar on my JL but if it was in the way of my camera that would be annoying.

It's called a universal joint socket... basically works the way a u-joint works...

Its been a while but if I recall there are also side bolts holding the brackets into the frame rails.
What size wobblers? Extenders?
Is it possible to get a parts list for the winch add? I have these bumpers on my JLU and want to do this build.

You need a steel bumper which the Mojave doesn't have.

I wish I got mine with that bumper. They charge a lot for it. I really dig it in stubby, just not sure about the lack of shackle mounts.
Soft shackles. Safer. Lighter. Stronger.
@@Casey250 Soft shackles are great but I still don't feel real good about connecting them to the hooks on the top of the bumper.
I was noticing the lack of shackle-points today. 😒 After I just installed the steel bumper.

Dealer or many resellers. Its a mopar bar.
Could you do the same to a 2016 JK ?
I am not sure, I haven't taken apart a steel bumper off a JK. Id wager yes but would need to research to confirm.

We’re happy with the gas, the emissions systems wasn’t something we wanted to deal with.
