  • Our 5 month old PWD puppy Stella loves to growl and "grumble" when she is super happy and excited. Normally these outbursts only last a few seconds, so they are hard to get on video. Luckily I caught one example on our in home security feed. We're currently working on training her to get used to be alone.....it looks like she likes her freedom!
These Zoomies were after a four mile walk, training session, and breakfast. She has so much energy! We love her happy growls
    Thanks for watching

This makes me miss my old boy. So many wonderful memories of him acting like a curly little terror. 😊

How was her nipping and biting? We should we have a 4 month old PWD make and his nipping and biting has always been bad. He’s improved a lot, but still nipping and biting pretty consistently. We are very diligent with training and even have a trainer come once a week. Most likely teething related, just worried he won’t grow out of it. We have never owned a dog before so have no clue what to expect.

She was pretty bad around that timeframe too. She did grow out of it, but we had to use some strict time out rules if she ever bit too hard. You'll get through it!

@@porties-and-pedals wow, auto correct really did a number on my post 🤦🏻‍♀️😂. Thank you, that actually gives me so much hope. We have penned off areas and he is crate trained (Thank goodness) so he does have a designated “time out” area for the really bad bites. We keep reminding ourselves it will get better, we just need to stay dedicated and consistent.

@@calebwolfe9085 mayby the person have no interest ... if the person is they read that and send something in there time. (Not when you want, you can watch the video and give a respons dont expect more). I mean this good. Yuo have to accept and also not everybody is clear with giving there response. so I understand its sometimes difficult. take care

no, i have a portie also and he does that before going out to play, he will run around the coffee table making noises until you open the back door then he bolts out and gets into the spot where he waits for you to throw
