In regard to the strong wind, no matter the misery you have experienced, you always respond with good humor and accepting composure. Bravo to your perseverance. Since I have slept outside with only the cover of the stars, nature often provides an impromptu sense of humor of tricks and traps (sometimes treats). Therefore, I prefer the cover of a tent.
