Morning Britain in 1983. Toni Arthur
interviews Tim Olsen, Manager of
Games Workshop's London store. The
interview introduces the concept of
role-playing and Dungeons & Dragons
to a wider audience.
Arthur goes on to interview a group of role players
and reviews early Citadel Miniatures including the
incredible Imperial Dragon aka Chicken Dragon and
Citadel Giant!
We have digitally enhanced the picture
and sound quality in an attempt to create
a better viewing experience but there are
obvious limitations.

Much more positive introduction than anything that would have been on the fear-mongering news in the US. It would have only focused on unhealthy addiction, suicides and such.

Just a minor correction, Good Morning Britain was shown on ITV and not the BBC. Since the video clip mentions an ad break it would have to be ITV since the Beeb doesn't show adverts.

We picked up on that! We thought because it might be because of advertising regulations . You couldn’t identify one single company but can talk about a product.
