I love how every person that plays hollow knight has some kind of attachment with a sub optimal charm that they base their whole combat style on, DewbiDoo loves hiveblood, and strives to take it super slow so that the charm at least heals something, And I remember being extremely aggressive with my dashes because from the second i got sharp shadow I never took it off again in the entire base game, I certainly suffered to make the adjustment in both play style and dash distance when i was forced to take it off to complete the pantheons xd

The dream gate is useful for getting back to the grey mourner. You can also destroy all the monsters before accepting the flower on the path you want to take.
Congrats on beating the trial of the fool AND doing the Grey Mourner's quest! those two bits were too hard for me so I gave up. Also, I'm not sure, but I think you can take one of the Delicate Flowers from the Traitor Child's grave and give it to Elderbug.
Love the editing, and good job on completing those tough challenges. I was very happy when you removed dreamshield and grimmchild for fog canyon, that was very smart! You aren’t done with the story but I’d recommend fighting the final boss anyway and then continuing the story later.
0:25 just want to let you know if you don’t kill him you can go into paint master sheio place he will be there painting and say that he has “found a new purpose in life” soooo yeah… the guilt is real

Standing on it lets you dreamnail the head of the big moth statue. There's nothing progression related inside! It's a secret area for people who donated to the Kickstarter campaign.
How I beat Delicate Flower Quest: Clear your path beforehand, and then take the delicate flower through a much less threating Crossroads. Cross down through Fog Canyon into the Queen's Gardens and to the grave of the Traitor child. If you fail, Dream Nail back to the Grey Mourner. Whatever you do, DON'T USE BENCHES. Using them will reset all the enemies you killed. I used Hiveblood for this quest, and it helped a ton.
So about the nailsmith... If you spared him he would be a happy couple with the nail art guy in queen's gardens. He could even tell you a bit about Dung Defender's friends. Anyways, 1. The snail is Unn herself, the creator of all the green areas 2. In the room with the moth statutes, if you go on a ledge and dreamnail one, you'll get access to the Shrine of Believers, a place for backers of the game 3. The Grey Mourner was one of Dung Defender's friends 4. The awoken dreamnail lets you access that White Knight's dreams. I'd bring Hiveblood if I were you 5. If you go back to Quirel, only his nail will be there. He once said that unless you want to die, you need to have a nail near you... 6. There's a lot of these flowers on that grave now. You can give them to npc, for example Elderbug

Do not go to the finall boss arena, you should go to white palace first and collcet the 2nd white fragment, then go back to the finall boss, this way you will get a better and the true ending of the game

If you do the route in reverse for grey mourner you can walk back without any major enemies spawning, as long as you dont bench

If you combine the Shape Off Unn and the Rapid Focus charms you can move so much faster when healing

Or they can go for a normal ending first before going for the better ending.
They can get both true ending and normal, but if they do true ending first, normal will be impossible
