Stages of Pantheon 5
1#. Denial.
After everything else you won’t let it beat you, no matter how many tries it takes!
2#. Anger
As you slowly progress you begin hating the bosses you once loved. Each one becoming just another obstacle between you and The Radiance.
3#. Bargaining
The struggle is becoming real. After countless charm builds you finally find the most optimal one. You even make it to The Absolute Radiance. But you die. The initial hype of progress is there… but, it doesn’t last.
4#. Depression
One must imagine Sisyphus happy. That’s what they say. Is it worth it? To keep going? How many deaths must we suffer before victory. “Maybe I should just move on, play other games.” And so you do, you take a break and forget Hollow Knight for a bit, but it’s always in the back of your mind, waiting for you to finish what you started.
5#. *Acceptance*
It is a bright new day. One ripe for infinite possibilities. And you remember something. Something that has been a thorn in your side for long enough. You boot up Hollow Knight and begin the climb once more. Boss after boss, they keep falling. Suddenly it’s time. You’ve reached the Absolute once again. It’s now or never. Your nerves shaking you finally make it to climb phase. Is it here? Is it now? “Lock in”. That’s all you can do. Everything has led to this moment. You swing your nail. One. Last. Time. It’s over. You’ve done it. The weight of the world leaves your shoulders and you’re floating. What a feeling. What a game. You have completed the ultimate challenge: Pantheon of Hallownest

Brothers and sisters we must stay focused on getting silksong (if We don't one of us may end up killing team cherry)
There are only 3 types of bosses in P5:
1. Bosses likely to kill me: Markoth, GPZ, Sly, PV, Abs Rad
2. Bosses that will NEVER kill me but will ALWAYS take a lot of my health and force me to heal a lot: Xero, Marmu, Lost Kin, No Eyes
3. Free soul grinds (everyone else)
Category 2 is by far the worst

One thing I find very interesting about the Watcher Knight is how their attacks are similar to the Nail Masters. Did the nail masters train them for the Pale King? 👀

If you practice parrying nail attacks it nullifies nailmaster’s moveset and same with sly on pure vessel it’s not as broken but a great way to punish same thing with nightmare grim
if you want an easier time with Markoth use either shaman stone for damage or steady body(steady body is only 1 charm notch and makes p5 much easier)

A nice tip for soul master and tyrant: if you stand in the middle of the stage when they do their fly by with the 4/6 orbs then you won’t get hit no matter what and can heal. Spread the word oh people of the comment section
I thought on soul tyrant it only worked when it flies back... Doing him without shade cloak was not a good idea.
@ it might or might not. I haven’t fought him in awhile but it is still useful if you want to charge up an attack

Yall really need to learn game design and development. If y'all did, you would understand why silk is taking so long
If you want to reliably beat Markoth dash slash is by far and i mean BY FAR your best tool, great slash is good but dash slash has far more range and allows yo to be slightly more proactive which means the fight lasts less
honestly, unless you're going for radiant markoth, dash slash is helpful but what gives you your best odds is having shaman's and double hitting markoth with shade soul during his phase 2 for an instakill
@decepticontechno-organic3777 you don't have to choose one or the other, use dash slash for the first phase to reliable deal damage and build up soul then destroy him with a burst of shade souls when the second shield comes out, it works well on radiant too, and it works absolutely fantastically if you equip nail masters glory which in my opinion is the single best charm for beating Markoth reliably in Pantheon 5
@@GerardTheWolf dash slash is super good for shield spin, but honestly if you come out of soul tyrant with full health and soul you can just beat the shit out of markoth with quick slash for phase 1. mostly because im impatient as hell. using great slash when he's not spinning preserves your dash to give you more movement options so its more of my go to ngl. nmg is super helpful for a radiant markoth build but its not as good against most other p5 bosses so i normally just slap on mark of pride instead. shamans instead of quick focus will probably allow you to more reliably beat the harder part of p5. tbh in the end it comes down to whatever playstyle better suits the player. im just a filthy spell spammer
@decepticontechno-organic3777 that last part 🤣 it's okay, I'm more of a nail purist most of the time, I'm prideful so for a very long time I didn't even use spells at all, until I tackled radiant Markoth which taught me that the second phase has to be dealt with by pressing circle as fast as humanly possible 😂 and then radiant abs rad taught me DDark is the greatest thing that has ever been, but yeah my Markoth strat is always about taking it slow in the first phase and chose either dash slash when he's far away and great slash when he's close and I'm getting cornered, it's easy enough to avoid his attacks in this phase after all, and then spam as hard as you can on the second where dodging is tough enough to honestly be unfair, and to be honest i think using nmg is absolutely worth it, plus it's not like you have to keep it for the whole pantheon 5, and if you're already on the home stretch of ST, Markoth, GPZ, Failed champion and NKG a nail build takes care of them except markoth way quicker anyway, I just use mark of pride, quick slash, strength, nmg and it works wonders in my opinion, but yeah its definitely all about play style in the end
@@GerardTheWolf nail build is fun as hell and as a steady body user bullying bosses into a corner is hilarious lmaoo. for me, soul tyrant is unbearable without shade soul double/triple hits and shriek. imo all those bosses except markoth are very shriekable tbh. shriek spamming gpz when he's summoning/dive does a lot of dps while giving you s and donating a lot of progress to stagger. but the real kicker is failed champ and nkg. shriek + dive/fireball allows a consistent failed champ one cycle and the combination of shamans, qs, and steady body can let you delete almost a quarter of nkg's health in one flame pillar attack. shamans has so much potential and im a massive advocate for trying to convert people into using it haha imo its the best charm in the game. ive never taken shamans and steady body off and they're actually in front of void heart lol. for p5 i normally run shamans, steady body, qs, strength and mark of pride for max safety but hollow knight has lots of good charms (not you thorns of agony, glowing womb or heavy blow) to suit so many different playstyles which is hella cool ☺

It’s funty.I watched your video where you completed Hollow Knight with 112%, in the video you uploaded it was in June, I mean you uploaded the video, I watched it in August and two weeks later I also completed the entire game with 112%. and I only had Pantheon 5 which I also finished two weeks later and now I see this video and it's funny that I managed to finish this Pantheon before you even though you started the game earlier than me and I managed to overtake you by beating Pantheon 5. and I have one more thing my advice to you. Please take a week off and play hollow knight and don't give up and you will succeed. I believe you will do it.
I'm not at absrad because...... I have been doing pantheon 2 all bindings which is hell.

Play Rain world, it’s somewhat Similar to hollow knight, but not a similar as it may seem.
I don't want to be a bringer of bad news but you are still far from being dont with Hollow knight. You still have all bindings runs of all pantheons ahead of you and beating all the bosses on radiant. 😅
Also p5 hitless ( yes you get a reward for this)

The fact that I managed to get hollow knight on my phone for free with all dlc and liturally speerrunning Absolute Radience is crazy. Poor dewbi, im only saying this: USE SPRINTMASTER FOR GOD SAKE!
Also train more Absolute Radience, for myself, I feel ready for a pantheon only if I can beat every boss 3 times in a row(this way i make sure that it wasn't luck)
+after u finish the bosses from P3 start learning how to use spells and especially Ddark and Shriek

Use sprintmaster? Do you want her to not beat P5?
Sprintmaster is kinda meh; don't get me wrong, it's good, but using it means you have to sacrifice something else, and with a build like Quickslash, Strength, Spelltwister and Shaman Stone existing, it's hard to compete.
