You are in my home area, highway 58 is under construction, if you had stay on 58 the construction crew and police would have a talk with you. Next time take 220 it's a four lane all the way to 81 then go south to 77. You are not the first one to take highway 8 to 81. Stay safe and warm.
I've ran that route before heavy and it definitely hurts your pocket and fuel I won't run across there unless im light unless I have to but yes that is a brutal route and makes a long day.p.s mcds had a awesome steak egg and cheese bagel.lol
I’ve made the same mistake going thru West VA. It’s brutal hairpin turns and exhausting. I did it once and never again
