You should! We’ve done it a couple times now and it looks different each time. Lol. We rode it North to South. Maybe we’ll do it the opposite way next time.
You're right about the adrenaline junkies and god bless them. They shows us what CAN be done and also what NOT to do lol! One thing that history has taught me is that there's greater success with confidence than lack of. My buddy was the adrenaline junkie and I wouldn't have known my capabilities if it wasn't for him.
Great vid John, you certainly have your helmet cam dialed in! This trail and Little Cuba are two I have yet to visit and it looks like I'll be hitting Little Cuba this weeking on Sunday. Good times!! 🤙 😎
Thanks! This was in August so it wasn’t a particularly wet season. This was my first time to this trail but I would think it would always have some pretty wet sections.
Buddy and me went on our very first off roading trip to Minden with my brand new Toyota Tacoma 2021 and him in a GMC Yukon. Was plan on ridthe Scott's line, made a right turn unknowingly onto the Anson trail. That happened 11am. 4am the next morning we left to trail onto highway 118. Luckily we met two guys with jeeps with a winch. One hell of a trip!!!
It’s part of the HATVA trail system. On the trail map it’s the red trail running south from Hwy 118. The map shows parking in either Minden or off the 118.

Excellent coverage of the outhouse trail, after watching you video we must go and do this trail again.

Absolutely! The only way to get better is to push yourself and learn from people better than you.
Great looking trail! Thanks for posting your adventure.
Thanks for watching!
@@johnsoff-roadIf you accept strays, I would love to ride with you guys someday. You seem to know where all of the good trails are.
So glad l can live vicariously through you young crazy people, lol. The girl on her own bike rocked it.

Yes we live near little cuba its a nice ride
Hiya! Sault Ste. Marie Ontario here!
Just bought a defender xt hd10
Nice! I’m thinking about a SXS myself for next year. Thanks for watching!
When you are pushing through those mud bogs is it better to be in low gear or high gear when you need to rev through it?
Always low in mud or even slow technical stuff. If you’re riding over 25km/h then go into high. Most expert trails we’re in low most of the time.
Wow u have awesome trails. I need to get footage like thus on my channel
Thanks for the comment!
Having a blast watching you guys, is it a rainy season or is it always that wet, I'd like to ride something like that but a little less water
Thanks! This was in August so it wasn’t a particularly wet season. This was my first time to this trail but I would think it would always have some pretty wet sections.
looks like a sweet area to ride ill look it up, never heard of Minden Ontario
It's definitely worth checking out!

I need that radiator relocator😁❤️
Yes it's an absolute must if you ride any water/mud!
Come visit Hatfield McCoy in WV. :)
That’s on the bucket list for sure!
Heading there from Ontario in May!
Do you think 27’ Bighorn OGs would make it through there in Aug/Sept?
I don't think you'd have any issues. One of our guys did it on stock 26" Terracross tires.
nice - thanks for the insight @@johnsoff-road
Anytime!
You guys should try using an ARGO Frontier on those trails
That’s cheating! Lol. I’d love to try an Argo one day.
Get a dirt bike

Looks like punishment not pleasure,...why bother after heavy rain?
All depends what type of ride you’re looking for. We had an awesome time and we’ll definitely go back!
Tell your friend on the red Polaris to stop blipping the throttle. Good way to kill yourself. Awesome vid. Keep them coming.
