How I love Indian food more delicious garlic jogurt chicken roti + rice never hate Indian food 😋😋
An authentic video of a real Indian cooking. I just love the rustic authentic utensils and method. I found it very enlightening indeed and will adopt some of these methods in my forays into Indian Cooking which I enjoy. Any comments about Curry leaves are a distraction from the cooks available local supplies.
Traditional cabbage curry was super .I made twice. Had with rice. Today with roti . How come 900 persons disliked .iam wondering .hey boy keep it up like to see more from you .Be blessed my child
It's heartening to see that he is doing something with confidence.
Not only name but everything is traditional. Nice
Good display of traditional curry .
You are very good in what you are doing. At the same time, people are busy bullying n wasting time on unproductive online activities. Traditional dress, setting, recipe ( which is very new), all natural tools, n progressive enough to talk in a language a wide range of people can understand. Well done my boy. Do more. New recipe, I will try. And very healthy too.
Clay pot to cook, thousand year old stone and mortar to crush spices and traditional decorations, enthusiasm of the chef. I liked it ALL.
I have never made cabbage curry will definitely try this recipe
Watched this recipe more than 20 times.. good ..

NyC ViDeO....👍

awesome . that must a beautiful age to reach and to still be able to do all that.. not just in this video but all of them... God bless her , if the world was more like her then it would be a better place to live. one love , one world. much respect for the grandson also.
Traditional food preparation happy to see this after long time. ...without gas and mixer. ..etc. .but if you are talking in telugu which is perfectly suited for this video
I've never added water to my fried cabbage, Happy cooking young man.👌👍👌👍👌👍👌👍👌
Same in maharashtra. ... wow its yumy n tasty .. i m loving it ..... bless u betaji
Nice to see cabbage being cooked in mud pots .
Nice one as this is all done with our original clay dishes etc. My family threw all the metallic nonstick pots and woks, now using steel and iron but idea is to move towards clay.
Anna u r kitchen is nice.

Cooking is an art. There are various different types of cooking procedures and ingredients in various avatars . So stir frying coriander leaves & leaving skin on garlic may lead to a slightly different flavour than otherwise. We ought to learn different techniques instead of just sticking to our dogmatic beliefs.
In Bengal , cabbage is cooked in a much simpler method but then that is a different recipe from a vastly divorced menu.
Well done sir !
Cinamann n honey mix n warm water is it a cure .

I see this all too often.
We're always learning so I hope you don't mind me pointing out. Hopefully this helps others too. Cos sharing is loving.
There's a difference between can & may.
Can is the *ability* to...
May means *"Is it ok to...?"*

Have been looking for this recipe since times immemorial! Finally found it! Thanks so much :)
excellent
I like the background scenery and step by step by instructions. I wonder the clay pot that you use for cooking, if you have to use the cloth to pick it up, would it be wise to have a handle on the clay pot instead of it being made without one. I'm just wondering.
Telugu receipe. Mouthwatering. Where do I get the motar and pestle.
Can I use curry powder instead of leaves? It's so hard to find here. Great video and mouthwatering dish.
