I'd just like to point out the rubber suspension block had already separated prior to me getting the spanners out so I gave it no thought - A viewer has (quite rightly) mentioned that the 3 screws holding the block to the frame should be removed first, allowing the rubber "sandwich" to be removed with the fork, in one piece. This is more of a vlog than a "how-to", so if you spot me doing anything that could be done better, please let me know - it might help someone else too. Constructive criticism is how we all improve :)
