Most Quick and Easy Tawa Naan Recipe Without Yeast. Also no need to use Tandoor and oven. We can make this naan on gas stove. So learn this naan recipe without tandoor and try to make it at home.
Ingredients of naan at home on tawa:
1. Plain flour (2 cup).
2. Plain yogurt (½ cup).
3. Salt (½ tsp).
4. Baking soda (½ tsp).
5. Refined oil (2 tbsp).
6. Sugar (1 tsp).
7. Warm water.
How to make naan at home on tawa:
1. First take a big mixing bowl.
2. Add plain flour in it.
3. Add ½ tsp salt.
4. Add ½ tsp baking soda.
5. Add 1 tsp sugar.
6. Add ½ cup plain yogurt.
7. Add 2 tbsp oil.
8. Then mix it very well.
9. Add little amount of Luke warm water and make smooth dough.
10. Keep it in a container and cover it. Keep it for 3 to 4 hours in dark place.
11. After 4 hours divide the dough in to 5 to 6 equal balls.
12. Roll out each ball into circle or oval shape.
13. Spread some water on open surface.
14. Heat the aluminium tawa in high flame for 5 min.
15. Then put the naan on aluminium tawa. Put the oven in low flame.
16. When bubbles come out then turn over the tawa and little burn the naan.
17. After this Tawa naan gets ready to serve. Remove from tawa and serve hot with Chicken Butter Masala ( • Butter Chicken | Chick... ), Chicken Curry, Paneer Masala ( • জিভে জল আনা স্বাদে পনি... ) etc.
