    Have been watching you since years back on gokuflex' channel. Just keep doing you man. I always keep coming back to your video's, I feel this is the way for most people here. you got a steady following. It's different than all those viral and hype things, but you are also making a name for yourself in the way that you are terron f beckham, and not just that one dude who is into anime and does crazy lifting. What i'm trying to say is that we'd probably follow you where ever you go, and I feel in the long run thats way more valuable.

    Yo Terron I've been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease for several years and I can't do squats or deadlifts anymore, although I have seen some people still insist on doing deadlifts and squats. Would you have an idea or recommend what approach to take as I would like to continue powerlifting. Thank you!

      Bro its all on you ... I wouldn’t try to ask around and push that situation in someone. Cause for those who say you still should, and you end up paralyzed or something. They may feel to blame on it .. but all I will say is, you know your situation, you know the consequences, and there are alternative methods of training.

I try to train my butt off to have the physique and power just like yourself while being cautious with my lower back injury. It's really hard but hopefully not impossible.     Goal or series-oriented videos often do well. Fitness RUclips has been slowing down recently, so it's important to have focused video topics and informational content, like Omar Isuf or Zack Telander. I think Olympic weightlifting would be good because it's been gaining popularity recently and you're uniquely suited for it with your combo of brute strength and speed.

      good job but you will probably need to hit 365X14 or 15 to be around 500

      silatguy yeah I’m no where near it but just got out of this stage where I was starving myself trying to maintain a 6 pack. Feels good to be able to eat more than 2300 calories and my numbers be going up as well. Main thing is tracking my lifts so I can progressively overload each workout.

      @@AZ-gs6hj well thats good. yeah the best way to go if you are a natty is a calorie surplus. If you have to just cycle calories to be a little lower while maintaining high protein on your cardio or non lifting days

    Do drop in training sessions with athletes/bodybuilders in the area (all sorts of competitors). Up and coming mens open, physique, figure, bikini, athletes, gymnasts, track and field, football, basketball (college/high school) athletes. You'll be giving them clout as well as yourself, reaching different markets, reaching different ages and demographics by doing so. You'll be surprised at how many people are out there that have a following.

      Definitely squats bro. Olympic sprinters can usually squat twice their bodyweight. The stronger your legs, the more force you can exert into the ground. And the longer your stride will be.
