Yo Terron I've been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease for several years and I can't do squats or deadlifts anymore, although I have seen some people still insist on doing deadlifts and squats. Would you have an idea or recommend what approach to take as I would like to continue powerlifting. Thank you!
Bro its all on you ... I wouldn’t try to ask around and push that situation in someone. Cause for those who say you still should, and you end up paralyzed or something. They may feel to blame on it .. but all I will say is, you know your situation, you know the consequences, and there are alternative methods of training.

I think Olympic weightlifting would be good because it's been gaining popularity recently and you're uniquely suited for it with your combo of brute strength and speed.

silatguy yeah I’m no where near it but just got out of this stage where I was starving myself trying to maintain a 6 pack. Feels good to be able to eat more than 2300 calories and my numbers be going up as well. Main thing is tracking my lifts so I can progressively overload each workout.

Do drop in training sessions with athletes/bodybuilders in the area (all sorts of competitors). Up and coming mens open, physique, figure, bikini, athletes, gymnasts, track and field, football, basketball (college/high school) athletes. You'll be giving them clout as well as yourself, reaching different markets, reaching different ages and demographics by doing so. You'll be surprised at how many people are out there that have a following.
Definitely squats bro. Olympic sprinters can usually squat twice their bodyweight. The stronger your legs, the more force you can exert into the ground. And the longer your stride will be.
I do the same but I practice the same wait over an over till I get 10 rep I went from 135-170 now my 3 week on is gonna be 175-185 an practice with that
I just wanted to know terron if it's absolutely necessary to squat so deep or can you go just 90 degrees to where ur not deep deep is it okay to do that? If not why

Great workout but the camera angle does allow a proper view to see how deep the squat should be. Especially for beginners like me. I guess the whole point of the video is to inspire isnt it?
I can do 225x5 body weight 140 age 13, I think that this is good for my age but not good enough to be best hoping to get it up a lot by the end of the year.
- Young man, 225x5 at 13 is excellent and don't let anyone tell you otherwise! Keep at it and remember to train safe. Your body is in its prime growing state now, puberty is a big change for your body so just take your time, train wisely eat well and I wish you all the best young lifter!
