- Hello my lovely subbies! If that special day (prom, homecoming, graduation, ...) is coming up and you wanna look your best, here are some tips and trick will do that! Sorry about my raspy voice :/ I've been doing photoshoots all all week in NY from 7 am - 7 pm. Funny enough, I do a lot of the skin care prep every night to prepare myself for every photoshoot!

Another good tip:
Don't use any new products the week of your event. Stick to what u know or try new products ahead of time.
That's a great tip, coz your face needs time to get used to a new product.

Please don't do the lemon sugar thing. Especially if your skin is extremely sensitive, like mine! If you're going to do it, use natural honey, lemon juice, and sugar and turn it into a paste and rub it on your skin.

Itslilykitty But, my dermatologist said that the sugar crystals permanently damage your skin. So even if it does work visually, each time you're doing it, you're eating away at your skin.
Not to mention, adding lemon juice to it is like spraying it in an open wound.
That's why you should use honey with it, so it coats the crystals and doesn't cause any to no damage.
the sugar causes microtears in your skin. the lemon will irritate it and can cause extreme skin damage

Just Me Lexi same. Michelle is twice as busy as bethany. She has her Em cosmetic business, FAWN channel, ipsy buisness, worked for lancome, she does interviews, travels alot, yet she still posts videos and doesn't make excuses that shes BUSY. For stinky armpit rub lemon before you leave house it works for at least 2/3 days ..you won't sweat and stink also it brightens... Trust me i do this all the time and it works.. I stop using deodorant .. Just sharing my tips 🤗

I use organic apple cider vinegar and I'm deodorant free! ( if I feel like I'm going to sweat a lot on that day I just buff on some baby powder after that) I guess it's the acid that does the trick? It stung at first, but removed rash under my armpit.

I watched another video on here and this esthetician said to never use lemon on your skin. The acidity messes up the ph of your skin.
Actually the woman I'm referring to who said that is Veronica Gorgeois. She has her own RUclips channel and she said to be clear lemon is not supposed to be put on the face in any way, in the way Michelle did it or in lemon juice form even if it's diluted.

My skin is both oily and dry. I have flaky, dry skin on my face, but if I moisturize it, I'm afraid my pimples will get worse... any tips for that? :(
you can use the Dual Action moisturizer of Clean & Clear. not only moisturizes your skin lightly, it also treats and helps prevents pimples because it contain salicyllic acid. I use it whenever my skin break out

Moisturize, everyday. Moisturizing I promise you will just make your skin better and better BUT are you putting it on lightly?? Lol, make sure to do that! Here are my suggestions for creams to apply: Dual Action moisturizer (very popular this month), b-b cream, baby skin, etc. I'm not quite sure where to find these products, but as emma duong says, the Dual Action moisturizer will not only moisturize your skin LIGHTLY (hint hint :D) but also treats your skin and will help your skin fight acne! So I hope this helped, and if it just explained Emma's comment more, fiddle sticks :c

I have cry flaky skin as well, but break out BIG time. I finally found a good combo that works and is a cheap alternative to some other big name brands! First, EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. I wash my face with Clean & Clear essentials foaming facial cleanser for sensitive skin. It washes away acne causing dirt, oil & makeup without over- drying and is oil free. Next, only two or three times a week I will use the Clean & Clear blackhead eraser scrub (also oil free). Dispite being a "Blackhead Eraser" I find that it regulates the oil levels in my face and gently exfoliates to lift away dirt and oil. And lastly, only about once or twice a week, I will apply Argan Plus Body Butter on my face (and apply whatever's left on my hands. Can't forget about dem hands ;D). The Argan Butter acts as my moisturizer and is enriched with argan oil, mango butter, and acai berry extract that also seal and protect your skin from any damage and aging (we have the almighty argan oil to thank for that;P) I usually use the first two in the shower every night for the sake of, one of the places I usually break out in (BADLY) is my hairline, and it's just easier to use it in the shower and be able to wash any reminisce out of my hair. Plus, is the shower your pores open, allowing the medication and cleansers to work at full affect! (I f you have read this far congrats! and I hope this helps!)

Mahea Manners From what I know, the sugar is too harsh on your skin, and the lemon can disrupt the natural PH levels.
I've heard a lot of people rejecting the idea of using lemon scrub which is why I didn't use it after all, but the rest of the tips were pretty helpful!
