  • Welcome to this 35 minute full body yoga practice, where I will guide you through a yoga flow designed to improve your strength, balance and flexibility in a mindful way, for a well-rounded practice you can incorporate into your regular movement routine.
    This is a mixed level flow, I’ve included different options for some the more challenging poses throughout the sequence so that everyone can enjoy the flow.
