Exactly! That "America" cover is absolute perfection. They are amazing. I'm 42 growing up with 4 older brothers listening to Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Zepplin, The Who I have listened to so many covers of this song by amazing artists. I was skeptical even though I worship FAK, but they nailed it. This btw was my all time.dream.growing up, being able to cover this particular song stomping back and forth on stage with a huge audience. So glad to see these girls do it so well!

As a massive Sabbath fan, the ladies absolutely kill it here. They rarely disappoint.
I'm 58 and have probably played or heard this song well over a 1000 times since 1971 when I first bought this LP. First time ever I've heard it sung in harmony. They killed it.

I have never really cared that much for First Aid Kit before, but they just got my full respect.
There's such undeniable truth in Geezer Butler's lyrics hearing these young ladies belt them out. And it really takes guts to cover this song, not easy to make it work. Their harmony was stirring.

In my own opinion, the best antiwar song ever written! Lyrics by "Geezer" Butler (age 21 back then) To sad, all to relevant today, as it has been ever since it was written. As a huge Sabbath fan since the early -70ies I just can take of my hat and bow to these fellow Swedish countryladies! Well done sisters!!

I think Swedes have a strong affection for metal. the Cardigans were big Metallica fans. There are loads of metal bands from there entombed, dismember etc. I knows cos I love extreme metal but I also love this pair of funsters. Maybe I just like music that comes from the heart?

I'm Swedish but I think this is a bit of a hipster hijack of metal. Black Sabbath attracts some people for the wrong reason, because of the 70s retro thing and some superficial similarities to blues, Americana and old Vietnam hippie protest music. They're from the time of Easy Rider.
Black Sabbath isn't good because they remind me of the era of their music; they're good because the music itself is good.

Cardigans do a cover of Iron Man on their first album I believe. It's weird and funky and made me like the song. I'm not a Sabbath fan even though there's a lot of metal I like, Swedish metal in particular. This is the second time I've liked a Sabbath song.
