I start with Penumbra. The 4 second reduction on cool times, coupled with Terra's 5* shield makes her dominant in Offlane. She's nuts in jungle too.

@@Zurn187 Yeah sure but because she kills the lane quickly, you're often a target of ganks. It's a life saver. (I'm still trash at the game btw, so am probably wrong about using it)
