    Awesome vedio!😁
I'm a born n raised Hawaiian in Hawaii & remember my greatgrand parents making coconut oil❤& although they didn't have modern machinery, coconut oil was made with lots of love & hard labor those days💕no other oil was used in our home! I'm 73 years old grandma now😁 & your vedio bought back wonderful memories of my childhood, because I didn't know anyone who makes their own coconut oil these days😊
I don't make it, but I buy organic cold press coconut & love it still today!

Video beautifully done as usual❤❤. This brings bitter sweet memories. Growing up, we made coconut milk at home a lot. When my dad got sick in trying to change his diet, we found out virgin coconut was good for him. When I went to visit him and bring back Ivanna, I looked up how to make cold pressed coconut oil. My mum ordered a whole bag of "kube dwane" and we went to work. Such a labor of love! In the end, Mama was like "Auntie, enti de3 yenyaa aa ni?" But the diligent and loving wife she was, she made sure there was always virgin coconut oil at home for him from that day. My dad was one lucky man and he knew it😎❤😇. Thanks for sharing onuawaa.

This is brilliant. I live in Malaysia where coconut are abundant but coconut oil are not produced & used as widely anymore therefore its hard for me to get my hands on them. I love using them as moisturiser. My only option are only in organic cosmetic shop where price could be inflated after labeled "organic". I think its nonsense paying for something I can get from my backyard. My mom only prepared coconut oil using the stove method. Its very energy consuming.
I tried your method & it yields a good amount of oil (used 7coconuts). Tooks 1.5 day. The first 24hours are just leaving it in the kitchen to ferment. The rest are freezing & scooping. Thank You so much!

Put the coconut in the freezer overnight. It is the easier way to get the meat out of the shell. I made my coconut oil all the time.
