What a beauty. What kind of Chevy guy doesn’t love a 9C1. I was just scolding my dad cause about 10 years ago I had the chance to buy a white/tan interior 9C1 square body 1988 350/4 barrel dual exhaust. Steelies and poverty caps god damnit I wish I bought that car.
Well, if you get another one, and are curious about the switches, my 9c1 only had one, and its only function was it would allow the car to stay running with full accessory power, if you turned the ignition off and removed the key. It would allow an officer to leave the car running and all that, but with the door locked and the car being unable to shift from park.
My caprice classic wagon is limited to 107. Is it possible to just swap in a 9c1 computer to get that limit out or will it cause other unforseen issues?
I'm all good with following the speed limit until someone does 64 on a 65. When that happens I do 80 on the passing lane until I get some clear road in front of me so that I can resume my travels in a respectful manner.
Heads and cam are the key to more power. Not sure what tuning software they used, but TPIS has been around for a long time and they really know the LT1s.
Still amazing what those old lt1s can do
I have 93 Caprice Classic wagon only 100k miles, 95 Caprice only 85 k miles and 96 impala ss only 65k miles love my cars
Name your price if you have one?

The two holes in the dash were undoubtedly from a microphone holder.
Love everything about that car.
Excellent Caprice!

We have had several and love all the special cop features! 😀
love it..... def a sleeper :)
At least it is a 500 horsepower estimate. If that car speeds 300 km/h, that is something.
The Caprice has been sold, thank you everyone for the comments and inquiries!
Three Pedals, LLC for how much ?
Hey Jamie, it sold for $10k
Ha, tearing up the DC streets in the infamous 9C1!!
Best of both worlds....🏎🔥

Why does it have 1996 Rear View Mirrors ???
It's got a Corvette engine in it.
Sort of however these cars came equipped with an LT1. This particular one has been bored and stroked to a 396.
@@threepedals the LT1 was in the 90s Corvette. The difference was the LT1 engines in the Impala and Caprice were detuned and had iron heads.
