  • BAKE WITH ME | MAPLE PANCAKE BREAD
    This little loaf of goodness is the perfect sweet start to any day or a nice little late day snack. Any way you eat it, you'll be sure to enjoy it. We love pancakes but hate the flipping, here's your answer! I feel like you can totally play around with the flavor profiles as well and add some fruit or whatever you'd like!
    Recipe I Used:

    MAPLE PANCAKE BREAD
    • 2 1/2 cups pancake mix • 1 1/3 cups water • 1 egg • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil (or butter) • 1/4 tsp cinnamon • 1/4 tsp vanilla •
    crumb topping: 1/4 cup pancake mix • 1/4 tsp cinnamon • 2 tbsp white sugar (or monk fruit) • 2 tbsp brown sugar (or monk fruit) • 2 tbsp butter •
    instructions:
    1) preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2) line loaf pan with parchment paper (or use baking spray)
    3) in large bowl, mix all bread ingredients until well combined
    4) pour into loaf pan
    5) in small bowl, mix topping ingredients, working butter in with a fork. spread over batter
    6) bake for 35-40 min, or until a knife comes out clean
    7) let bread cool for 10 min before drizzling glaze (optional) on top
    maple glaze: 1/3 cup pure maple syrup • 2 tbsp butter • 1 cup powdered sugar (or monk fruit) • 1/4 tsp vanilla •
    1) melt syrup and butter on low heat 2) wisk in powdered sugar and vanilla until lumps are gone 3) drizzle over bread
