Brother,i like your methodology of testing. You will never find this kind of testing on the whole internet xD Lets talk now about testing xD I dont see so much dofference across all the boards, the only bad thing about a320 is that you cant overclock the cpu,and you can't go higher above 8 cores. By the b450,550,x570 is the way to go,b450 is cheap as hell the downside is pcie 3.0 vs b550 and x570. X570 isnt that cheap, but they had so muchs more usb connection and stuff like that vs b450/550 boards. Im on b450 tomahawk max,and i think i will hold that board until i need to move to the am5 socket
@@abhilashthomas7158 good point,i would like to see that also cuz that used am4 boards are cheap as hell With 64gb of sysyem, its a overkill setup for now
Yes you can continue using the same motherboard. But make sure you update motherboard bios to ryzen 5000 compatible bios version with your existing cpu before upgrading
it's too late, but yes, the a320 does not support psi 4.0, neither the graphics card nor the processor, there will be a loss of performance and there is also no m2 connector and I don't think there are enough power phases. I bought myself an x570 for 115 dorrors
Are the CPU and RAM Voltages and Clocks (and timings) all the same in those test? I'm about to buy a 5700X3D. I currently have a B450 TUF, was wondering if i could get better optimizing performance on a B550 or a X570 (PBO and RAM OC). And if it would be worth it, instead of going AM5.
I have msi a320, but today I have bought msi b550m pro vdh wifi for $50 😊 My a320 have not m2 slots and overclock. In next week I will have b550m (delivery)
I have a320m s2h Gigabyte, run perfect with my R5 5600x and gtx 1660 super. I want to buy a 3060ti, should I upgrade my motherboard first or would this combo work fine? (a320 + 5600x + 3060ti or better)
PCIE 3.0 has a big enough data transfer rate for most GPUs out there. GTX 4080s, for example, will only lose little to no performance in a PCIE 3 vs 4 comparison. 4090s start to lose about 5 percent on PCIe 3, which is still barely noticeable.
downside of a320m is a bit crappy usb 3.0 if u plan to power from it sensitive, power hungry device like for example oculus cv1 with sensors. and u can only put 2 ram modules.
I see B550 like B vs Z vs X? U know this but I notice motherboard version I don't really same FPS less or even in game bug or something. But... I believe Motherboard B550 doesn't have feature cable and plug. X have a lot feature. I always straight hi end. Remember B - Not have HDMI is BIOS missed feature. I swear him. Hey Odin, I would to see GIG vs ASUS vs MSI motherboard so u can use motherboard different FPS version?
exactly what i was looking for thank you
Welcome
As always A320 voltage regulations are the best.
Thanks for your work!
Wdym? Please explain
@@topg2820 AMD would must explain this. A320, as a low cost platform, comes with limited voltages from factory.

Interesante reseña es la primera que veo sobre tarjetas madre para Amd , por cierto me suscribi 😊
Thanks
AM4 socked longevity is ridiculous. Hope AM5 will be close.

Thanks for the compliment. I personally like b550 based motherboards. And yes b450 is more than enough and we can manage with it till am5 arrives
As the board is not overclockable , can we pair with 5800x3d which is also not overclockable 😊

Firstly thank you for this amazing video
I think you will need to update the bios, because the motherboard might not recognize a gen 5 ryzen.

I have a320m pro m2 Ryzen 3 2200g, can i upgrade to ryzen 7 3700x ?
Yes
Am I the only one who can watch this like a stereogram optical illusion😂.

Yes same xmp
my b450m astock pro 4f can CO -30 5700x, easily, no need to upgrade
Which a320 brand best under budget
Sorry I can't help. As I used mostly mid end models.
I use b450 with 5600g and rx6600 ;) not worth upgrading to b550 just to get pcie4 advantage (which is ~5% fps boost) IMO
yes absolutely
B550 X570 seems every time it looks greater (not the fps) i got a mistake buy an old b450...
Can I install 3600 on msi a320m motherboard. Will there be a problem ?
Yes you can install. No problem

By using replay feature
currently ive been using ryzen 5 2600 and asus tuf b450m pro mobo. should i update bios if i put r7 3700x?
Mostly not necessary
thats how u present a test. good work (50$ per FPS^^)
Thanks
I have gigabyte a320m d2h can I install a 3700x on it .will the vram over heats??
You can install 3700x and depending on the model you use, vram overheat varies. For gaming, its easily manageable
gigabyte a320 vs Galax b550 which is best
B550 safer choice for more data ports, oc and wide memory support
But how? A320 has pcie3x4 and X570 has pcie4x16 then how is there no significant loss of fps?
Unless you use very high end gpu

please test with ryzen 7 5800x
B450 or B550 which is better?
B550, overall good choice
Appreciate the video, think the B450 will serve my kid fine for awhile, at least until she get a better cpu and i get her hand me down. Thank you

Can a 5900x work on a B450 ?
Will work,
