Boating Saltstraumen 🇧🇻 The World`s most POWERFUL Maelstrom

In this episode, we travel to the world's strongest tidal current. We rent a boat and cross through the area called Saltstraumen to test our fishing luck next to this strong maelstrom.

Located about 10 kilometers southeast of the town of Bodø you will find the infamous area called Saltstraumen.
Saltstraumen is a small strait with one of the strongest tidal currents in the world. It has whirlpools or maelstroms up to 10 meters in diameter and 5 meters in depth when the current is at its strongest.
The area offers great opportunities for both scuba diving and fishing.
