    You called the trees at the painted hills "cedars" they are Junipers, like related to cedars but adapted to the dry conditions. I like the lumber as it has lots of personality, knots, voids color and grain. It smells nice as well. I live in the area and love it all. You have nice pictures and narrative. I like and appreciate your opening scripture.

    I have traveled through the painted hills, for work. A lot of erosion going on there. In SW Oregon I found a grove of Dawn Redwood. Very rare tree.

    A beautifully shot overview of a magnificent region, full marks to the production crew who mostly seemed to have Slavic names,yet captured the essence of the place as well as any local.I cannot fathom out what goes on in the heads of the 35 who gave this remarkable record the thumbs - down.

    What is the best time of year to go where there are no crowds? Also, about how much time does one need to see all these trails pictured?

    • @RelaxationChannel
      @RelaxationChannel  7 лет назад +1

      Most of the trails are short. If you want to get more info on the park, please check our trip reports in pictures. In the articles you'll also find additional info, gps coordinates, etc.

    make sure you have the correct viewing lenses... many knocks offs surfacing. i went to my eye doctor and got the glasses.
    AND it's as dry as usual this time of year - no fires and no smoking...anything.! come and share the eclipse...just leave your state's bad habits there...very dry and dangerous in the woods.

    I dont believe that! I do not have enough faith to be an atheist!

    • @Beastsofthefield
      @Beastsofthefield 6 лет назад

      Stevenowski amen!! It takes more faith to believe that than Jesus's death, burial, and resurrection. 500 brethren saw Jesus after He rose from the grave at one time, and zero people have witnessed millions of years.

    You show and talk about Pronghorn and call them Antelope. They are not Antelope and are not even related to Antelope. Pronghorn are their own species! Do the research, I did! It is a common mistake.

    Разкрашенные горы
    Если тесто для блина с но с песчинками падает на сковородку, то они соберуться на верху блина. Если у тебя полужиткий расплав, то тяжелые металлические атомы распределясь от встряски с некой периодичностью, окисляслясь в последствии и разкатаясь в глину, создадут разноцветку - разкрашенные горы (painted mountan) как парк динозавров в Альберте . От оксида железа цвет красный, а от гидрооксида меди голубоватый . Можно считать что атомы при резком торможении подверженны силе Даламбера, которая выталкивает их на поверхность. Если частота волны в твердом теле масштаба 10 Гц а скорость 5000 м/c то размер разцветки межлу одноцветными слоями долже быть размера 500 метров. У китайцев такие горы раскрашены в красками для привлечения туристов, а в Арегоне они настояшие. Там еще ровно отбилась часть скалы от удара и вся слоенка из разноцветной отожженной глины (mudrock) от оксида железа красного и до гидрооксида меди синего ( fossile bed oregon) впечатляюще видна
    Красные реки Антарктиды это тоже из-за оксида железа. Вода в них пресная и выдавливается из-за плавления льда на дне ледяной плиты и поэтому такие "реки" под высоким давлением не замерзают даже зимой.
    Пестрое озеро Spotted Lake в Альберте название не правильное Когда озеро в жару пересыхает дно становится пестрым и напоминает шахматы с круглыми клетками темного цвета ( лужами) от депозиции большей концентрации минералов типа сульфатов.
    Еще бывают нетривиальные круглые дыры в облаках над городами радиусом километров двадцать за счет теплоотвода, уменьшенного утром типа над озером и в жару над городом без кондиционеров. Просто вода не конденсируется из-за маленького испарения, а пендосы считают что это из-за ракет.

    I went there on the very last days of Sept.Oct last year, WHOS the

    It had rained the day before, and it had clear foot prints all the way
    to the top! Heinous!
