like the "it's just a cat" is a verry lame argument, you can say that abt all starters except snivy, mudkip and chikorita, like wdym you have a litteral dinosaur and a snake with limbs who doesn't look like a snake, charmander is just a lizard, squirtle is just a turtle, bulbasaur is just a frog with a flower on it's back, quillava is just a hedgehog but with fire instead of spikes, totodile is just a crocodile who stands on it's back paws, treecko is just a lizard, torCHIK is litterally a CHICKen, then you have chimchar a monkey, turtwig a turtle and piplup the penguin, almost the most lame starters that are for some reason top tier rated by this guy, going further on we have tePIG who's ofc a PIG, and we also have an ashawOT who's an OTter, then we got a living nut with limbs who's name is chespin, we got a fenik fox who's name is litterally FENIKen, and froakie who's just a frog with soap bubbles, nothing crazy, going on we have poplio, litten and my personal favourite rowlet but got to admit he's just a basic wolm, litten is just a cat and poplio is just a sealion, the we got scorBUNNY who's ofv a just a bunny, sobble who ofc just a lizzard and grookie who's just a monkey, en to end this we have quaxly the duck a fuecoco who's a crocodile and sprigatitto who's a just a cat, out of the whole bunch are only 3 pokemon like REALLY special and not just a cat or just fire bunny
