True ur Idli looks Yam !! I just tried using gluttenfree oats and some Suji and smiled at the disaster ! I have a request if u can make glutenfree instant idli. I also avoid normally using suji also as there is glutten in it. If I first have good gluttenfree batter then I can make utaapam also. Thanks In advance if u wish to fulfil my desire.

Both of you make a very cute couple...GOD bless. But i agree with some of the other comments ...you do speak a lot Sanjay. It would have been better if Ragini would be given a chance to put her points about the recipe instead of you emphasizing on the health values of oats and carbohydrates. Please excuse me for the comment but at one juncture of this video when Ragini adds and says 'SALT', her voice gets suppressed behind your lecture on benefits of adding baking soda to the dish. Anyhow, its hats-off to your wonderful cooking and clear presentations with mouth-watering recipes..keep up the good work and wish you all the success in your further life.
