I love this explanation. I recently went from desktop to QBO. Seemed pretty easy UNTIL I had to reconcile. No one mentioned that I should have pulled the bank account in AFTER the months already reconciled. I had a mess of double entries and all my credit cards were completely wrong. Starting mid year was very confusing. Krystal is a very good teacher!

I have Quickbook and Xero Proadvisor certificate and also other workshop certificates that I attended . But since I still dont have experience working with actual clients and hands on in QBO,I am still not that confident with my skills, If anyone offering a virtual job with minimal supervision, please consider me , Im willing exert my effort and time. Add a note to the memo in your Quickbooks. This transaction would be like a loan in your business account. In your personal account, you should classify it as Business. It's tough to keep all this clean. Moving forward it is better to make a deposit into your business account (keeping record of it) from your personal. Then spend only from the business account for your business transactions. Does this make sense? Hope so. 🙌🏾
