I did Hot Works for the past 3.5 years and truly loved it! It is small workouts in sauna rooms, however I feel as if it was a good addition to a work out routine not so much my "go-to"! I think I liked the sauna aspect more than the workouts provided

Ok, haven't finished watching, but I had to stop and comment. Let me tell you something sweetie, 99.9% of the f'd up people that comment, wouldn't have the BALLS to say that to your face. These type of people (and I use the word "people" very loosely!) only feel empowered to make remarks like that, because they are unable to do what you do, and feel less than of themselves, and where they are in their lives! I really don’t understand the hate when your content is exposed to a new audience. It’s MARKETING. I for one didn’t realize the US Open is an EXPERIENCE. I’m not a huge fan of tennis but I would go and hangout and people watch. If there’s good food and drinks I’m down. The US OPEN couldn’t get to me any other way except for through you.
