Seafood memang not cheap. Summore in there got prawn, sotong, fish eh. 🥲
@So_Yummie Maybe i come from a time when chefs buy prawns and get helpers to peel them but these days all buy in frozen packets from Vietnam or Thailand. Even lala is frozen in packets, peeled and ready to use. Trust me I worked and managed restaurants for almost 20 years and saw the changes. Food quality has dropped significantly.
@So_Yummie Dont get me wrong I will eat there but wont order anything with frozen processed prawns. Love your videos btw !
