Hi, very nice tutorial, thank you.
What is the key or core qualification to use, while checking on every single action owner during a Major Incident Task Force Process - action owners, developers, they are all very busy, hate beeing disturbed.
Cheers, Andi

Hey may I know what is major incident management checklist
Could you help me on this
they would never talk to me again lol
most of his ways wil led to head butting withing the team lol
Whats "comms"?
Hi, these are communications or paging you do throughout the incident progress to stakeholders, customers or clients on the open ticket as well as paging or messaging system every 10-15 minutes
I dislike the way youre speaking. An incident manager cannot communicate so slowly.
+ the background music
Well, he's not an incident manager, he's the CEO of his company, lol, so he can speak as slow or fast as he wants. If someone speaks faster it doesn't mean they are saying more.
But I do agree, it wasn't very "nice" to watch lol, especially the eye rolls
