I would suggest you to get a watch with sapphire crystal at least, at this price point. If you want a Seiko presage watch then go for something else, it'll also cost you less (one example - SRPB41, comes both in metal bracelet & leather strap)
Nah, Seiko watches with straps come like that. You can always flip the strap by yourself, but the branding on the buckle is made to be put in the shown orientation.
