This year I am going to take it a little slower with only 2 days per week of heavy weights instead of 3. The 3rd workout will be accessories and alternate exercises.

Great job @ that 365 for not being under that weight for a month!! And then forcing that 7th rep with 225 was some solid work!!
Thanks! The break was needed and I feel much better. After a long time with no break you start to feel worn out and beat up.
