Very sturdy in comparison to other strollers that we had. I get a lot of compliments for it. My baby loves being in the bassinet, The ruclips.net/user/postUgkx4qZutfp1y5CaTUcMTuFPbARE5u-8XLiE stroller comfortable. I like the rain cover and the white net that comes with it. I use the rain cover just to cover the car seat when it rains. If your front wheels don't turn well, make sure you lubricate.
Thank you for the tips. Very practical and straightforward. I especially liked the advice on collapsing the stroller easily. It always feels like I'm trying to tip my child out of the stroller. Great tip on changing the colour between children. Doona should pay you for promotion😂
If your one the fence... GET THE DOONA!!! I have zero regrets. I cannot express enough how unbelievably convenient it is in so many ways. It is PRICELESS to not have to pack and assemble a separate stroller. It is worth every penny! Who cares how long baby will fit in it, all infant seats or systems have this problem. My boy is huge and will outgrow this thing faster than most and I could care less because it has given me so much convenience in the crucial first 6mos! It is a breeze to bring baby w me and do errands. A great thing is the size this stroller is so compact it is easy to take anywhere!
If I had gotten any other system regardless or cheap or expensive I would have cried and probably caved and still bought the Doona.
I just caved and bought it. My Britax travel system broke me while flying twice. Baby will probably outgrow it sooner than later because he’s pretty big but we will use it until we can’t anymore and hopefully resale for a good amount.
They’re not even an expensive option. Resale is very high…
Pediatrician don’t recommend car rides longer than 90 minutes for newborns because they’ll be in a sitting position; would you say this is a problem to then have the baby sitting for a shopping trip or errand after the car ride?

@@beautybabylover2246 There wouldn’t be one. Which why I went with the vista v2 which has a bassinet included and will be using the bassinet for after car ride and errands, for the first few months.

The visor actually pulls right off with some force. I found a video from Doona on how to do it. Super easy to do and makes cleaning the whole unit easy and efficient.

I use the middle handle position for shopping. Keeping my baby close to me as I'm pushing a cart with my other hand. Works every time.

I just wanted to mention that Doona only allows use of their own accessories with their seat. This means that the only thing that can be under the Doona in the vehicle is their own seat protector. You cannot use a towel, blanket, or any other after market products under the seat.
Also want to give an FYI for the seat protector you used on your driver's seat. Please read vehicle manuals to make sure the vehicle manufacturer allows things to be attached to the head rest. I know it is a super duper light product, most newer vehicles have smart bag sensors & having anything hanging from or contacting the seat can effect how the airbag deploys in a crash.

Today I had a hard time collapsing the doona for the 1st time. Luckily my Lyft driver helped me out and with a quick YT video I found, we got it sorted. However with this video it provides hacks to save time.
Yeah if the wheels aren’t turned right the collapse can get hung up.

I have one and it's my favorite baby item I have, no joke. The only downside is I get stopped by so many older men with their jaws dropped to the ground because it converts to a stroller with a push of a button and they had to carry everything when they had little ones. I don't love it for the compliments but it makes me know I have a great purchase. So glad it holds it's value too once I'm done with it. ❤️❤️❤️

Only thing is when placing in car without the base, remember to put Handle back before strapping in, you don't want the metal handle Infront of the baby, you want it behind the babies head

I got this stroller for my My baby, and let me tell you it is the best!! So sad it’s not lasting him the 2 yes because he is a bigger baby, but I love it no matter what.
Ooo tip number ten came in clutch… my baby threw up and I didn’t know how to clean it lol…

The base is probably alt more secure but definitely makes for easier in and out of the car.

Love the magnet idea, just ordered some :) Also the visor comes off easy just by pulling on where it connects no screwdriver needed. Also I had no idea I was supposed to put the seat belt behind the seat so thank you for the info.

Similar to your leg trick when putting down the wheels. I turn the Doona on rhe car seat so that the lever is in my left hand while my right hand takes the handle. Then I pull the seat out and release the wheels as I pull it out so the seat does the job.
Yes! This we definitely have done also especially in a higher vehicle
Love it for all the easy to use reasons.....besides the fact thatbmy baby feels a little uncomfortable in it after 30 mins as there’s not as much cushion in it as our usual pumpkin seat
