- Cupcake is a small version of a normal cake prepared to serve individuals. Simple and easy vanilla cupcakes are the all-time favorite among them all. In this video, I've shared an easy moist and fluffy vanilla cupcake recipe and you can always decorate them with a swirl of delicious buttercream frosting. Hope you Enjoy!

Steps:
I have taken 1.5 cups of flour then added 1 tsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda then mixing them properly.
Now I have taken 1/2 cup butter to a separate bowl. now I am adding 1 cup sugar and started mixing with an electric beater. You can use a had wisk but it will be very difficult. by the way, the butter has to be at room temperature.
After the mixture becomes creamy now I am adding 2 tsp of vanilla syrup and mixed again.
Then I will add eggs to the mixture and today I am using 2 large size eggs.Add one at a time then beat again then add another.
I have mixed 2 eggs properly now I will add 3/4 cup milk and I will add half of it now also will take half of the sifted flour mix.
Beat the mixture on medium-low speed properly.
Clean the sides of the bowl.
Now add the rest of the milk and flour mix.
Now again Beat the mixture on medium-low speed properly.
The batter for the cupcakes is now ready and this batter will make around 12 cupcakes.
Place cupcake liner to the cupcake mold.
Now fill the 2/3 fo the liner with the batter.
If you take more it will overflow.
I will bake this batch of cupcakes in the oven.
To make the cupcakes on the stove take another cupcake mold and fill the 2/3 fo the liner with the batter.
Bake this batch 20-25 minutes at180°C
And to make them on a stove, place any metal stand on a heavy bottom preheated pan them place the cupcake molds on top of it. After closing the lid bake them for 20-25 minutes at medium-low heat.
After 25 minutes check the cupcake with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes clean, it means the cupcakes are done.
These cupcakes are done properly also the oven baked ones.
Now place these cupcakes on a cooling rack to cool them properly.
Now add frosting on top of the cupcakes.
