Don't know if she's really tall or if it's just the swimsuit being high cut, but her legs look very long. Pretty long red hair she has as well.
Cynthia was one of THREE Barker's Beauty hopefuls the show's producers liked the best as they got to do more shows that the others and by this point in time, Cynthia had did about 30 shows. They kept her on for a few more shows and that was the last of her.... I once heard that she was even considered to be the permanent Barker's Beauty

Not only that they used the regular buzzer to signal a loss in this playing, this was during the time when they alternated the two buzzers from around the late 80s to early-mid 90s. By 1995 or so the foghorn was used for losses with few exceptions.
