Do all soccer card sets have a "first off the line" hobby box that releases before the normal ones? or is this specifically a panini thing? and how do you buy them?

Topps Chrome, Stadium, Donruss, Select, Prizm are both solid but Panini is going to surprise us with some new stuff this year!
