Hi Bonnie thanks for the video. I too homeschool my children through abeka and live in Ohio. I had submitted the old notice of intent to my local superintendent months ago. Do you know if we have to send another notice to the superintendent now since the new law just passed a few days ago?
Hi Jenny, yes, we have to submit the notification form (3321) this month! I submitted mine back when I sent in my regular notification back in August. So you do need to send it in! 👍
I don’t think it’s too late to send in! I would just go ahead and do it this week. The House Bill passed and I guess it went into effect 91 days after it got sent in so I guess that’s anytime in October. I can’t find a specific date in October just the month of October. It should be good! 😉
