Dates is great but it has high level of sucrose, fructose etc naturally. Contains high level of carbohydrates, sugar, fibre and calories. A few nos as 2 dates can have over 137 calories. Yes it is super healthy but should be eaten in moderation, if you eat 10 dates that is over 1370 calories. Can get you fat, if eaten in excess..!

From my own personal experience, i weight 52 kgs, after eating 5-7 dates over just 2 weeks i gained 3 kgs.
