Excellent. I have a .2 base and I did the apr tune, Excellent results!!! I was satisfied until a modded TrackHawk seized the day. Since then I've got gts k04 turbo upgrade, ams intercoolers, diverter valves, ipd plenum, bmc filter, Carrera S brake upgrade, and apr tune. Waiting on my soul hi flow cats/downpipes. It's roughly 600hp now. It's always a faster car out there... but that particular TrackHawk has since been dispatched. I was even with a 650LT Spider...he couldn't pull on me at all and he saluted...all this in the great state of Tex..er...Mexico.

I own a chipped 991.2 C4S, car is basically a bargain Turbo from a generation before! Would expect you to even get more power out of it since you have a different exhaust? With GTS turbo’s you can go > 550hp.
Picked up my 991.2 turbo s 3 weeks ago already lowered and tuned. Sports cats and es motors tune 740 bhp at the crank. So much torque I map all my cars fast lol 😊 luckily ceramic brakes stock

You are right to be concerned. The manual gearbox in the 991.2 is rated at 550Nm (just over 400lb*ft), 10% above the 500Nm the S engines put out. Sometimes, programmers will suppress torque delivery in first gear to prevent damaging the drivetrain...not sure if APR does this or not.
Hi. Could you comment on difference in feel between Normal and Sport modes. Interested in APR tune, but I am thinking about their low torque version (which is what you have in Normal mode) to keep more NA feel. Thanks.

APR is the way to go. I actually had warranty work done with Apr tune.

How’s it impact clutch life? That’s a lot more power on a stock clutch.

It feels good. I would not get the low torque version. The one is very linear and perfect for daily driving
