Jeep Cherokee XJ Radiator Petcock Removal for Draining Coolant, Waste of Time

How to access the radiator petcock on a 2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ in order to drain the radiator coolant. Spoiler! Don't bother with this technique because the coolant still spills all over and you drain less liquid that removing the lower radiator hose.
