because she did that before adpocalypse. also, at that point i think she was less a youtuber and more a “music artist that posts on youtube”. i’m unsure if she went to a youtube hosted event, in which case it would be weird, but if it was a music event then they can’t really do anything about it. same way they can’t demonetise nicki minaj for what she does during concerts

Jack's YIAY's and Jackask's have really been evolving ever since this blind thing. One underrated thing that goes unnoticed in the recent videos though is when Jack wears a fursuit and licks the camera for 15 hours.

To be honest, Mukbang were meant to be a way for a lonely gamer to eat with someone, and it’s meant to be something where the uploaded eats a genuine meal, and talks to the audience about what they deem fit. Nowadays it’s “who can eat the most, and who can eat the most crazy thing” so it’s been heavily bastardized.
Yeah. Mukbang was originally just about social eating, but has now become a disgusting parody of itself.

@@cloverlovania there's actually a lot of mukbangs like that, you just have to ignore higher energy vibe ones (thumbnail and title). You'd find the chill vibes on international creators (I'm not American nor western anyway). There's also live ones on Twitch or other livesteaming sites.
There's also read-alongs or paint-alongs.
I have an idea. We see too much Jack and not enough Erin. Erin should be on camera the whole time and Jack provides the voiceover. Erin's face, Jack's voice. Make it happen.
But erin is not on camera because she is self conscious :(

I’m sure I’m in the minority on this, but for me personally I find that mukbang videos helped me through my eating disorder. Obviously not gross ones like nikocado but more chill, relaxed, neat, normal mukbang videos. Watching them would make me hungry and then I could eat :))

Your version of a mukbang parody is exactly what mukbang is, at least in Korea, where the word "mukbang" came from. It's just live-streaming while eating. Livestreaming is normally unedited. It's meant to be like you hanging out with your favorite streamer, like really cozy and chill. Koreans are super obsessed with food (literally, it's normal in Korea for your friend to ask you "have you eaten?", but here in America, it's really weird), so for them to invent something as dumb as live-streaming your meals, it kinda makes sense.
