    Thank you. This was satisfying to watch and sounds like a duck waddling at the end. I liked seeing how you tilted it to throw the snow to the side. Is it difficult to point it slightly to the side?

      Not hard at all. Easier to push than a shovel.

      @@DadItYourselfDIY thank you! Out of all the videos I've watched, you are the first I've seen tilt it. So many complain that it only goes straight ahead. You thought outside of the box of everyone else 🙂

      I've been told that before. Did you watch my full video on this?

    On the fence about buying one, because I already have a few 40v batteries - Is it really that much better than an old fashion shovel?

      I think so. Faster for sure. And way more fun.

      I’m thinking of getting one for my dad for Christmas, or earlier if it snows before then. Based on how it looks I think I’ll end up using the ryobi and then taking a regular shovel to scrape the last bit to prevent it becoming a layer of ice.

      @drew425 Sounds like a good plan

    A buddy of mine has that power shovel he said it works but is murder on your forearms. What are your thoughts?

      It's not bad. I can use it with one hand. I really need to get the shoulder strap, the lawn edger attachment is alot more work.

    How much snow would you say it can clear… 2 inches?

    • @DadItYourselfDIY
      @DadItYourselfDIY  Год назад

      Probably more than that. We don't get a lot of heavy snow here, but it's been great for keeping the walkways and driveway clear.

    Myślałem o zakupie takiego urządzenia. Jednak nadal się nie zdecydowałem. Głównie dlatego, że nie czyści do zera tylko zazwyczaj zostaje drobna warstwa śniegu. Potem mamy z tego warstwę lodu wiec trochę bez sensu wydawać na to kasę.

      Jest to dla mnie dobre, ponieważ śniegu jest bardzo mało, więc nie mogę sobie pozwolić na zakup pełnowymiarowej odśnieżarki. Nie znam żadnego urządzenia mechanicznego ani nawet łopaty, które całkowicie zebrałoby CAŁY śnieg i lód.

    Just got one, after 40 some odd years of shoveling, this was actually a good purchase for me since I only have sidewalks and no driveway. My back gives me problems so this was perfect. But you do a lot of walking.

    Those snow brooms are worthless. If the snow is that shallow you don’t need a machine. If it’s any deeper the snow broom doesn’t work.

      Thanks for the feedback! So should I just manually shovel or get a full sized snow blower for the 4-6 days of snow we get a year here?
